Appointments can be requested by selecting the orange "Request An Appointment' button below. Clicking the button will bring up a new window from the Leading Reach website. This appointment request feature allows patients to request early morning, late morning, early afternoon or late afternoon appointments. In the 'Notes' section, please include the reason for your appointment, and list up to three times that work for you or your family member(s). This new system allows patients to receive automated text and/or e-mail appointment reminders. Please ensure that you list an e-mail address that is checked on a regular basis, and/or a mobile phone number that is capable of receiving SMS text messages, if available. PLEASE NOTE: UNLESS THERE IS A PROBLEM BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE A TEXT MESSAGE AND/OR E-MAIL CONFIRMATION. ATTENTION MEDICARE BENEFICIARIES: Dr. Grandjean IS accepting new Medicare patients on a case by case basis. He IS accepting Medicare Advantage patients (UHC AARP Secure Horizons HMO & PPO).
ATTENTION TRICARE PRIME BENEFICIARIES: You must first establish with Dr. Grandjean (be seen in the office) before any specialist or urgent care referrals will be initiated. Tricare can initiate requests for emergency or urgent care services until such time as you see Dr. Grandjean for your first visit.
ATTENTION NEW PATIENTS: A list of insurance companies that the office contracts with can be found here. Our office is not in-network with all plans offered by the listed carriers. While the office will attempt to verify your benefits prior to your visit with Dr. Grandjean, it is your responsibility to contact your carrier to ensure we are in network. If you choose to make an appointment using the Leading Reach system below, please let us know your insurance plan details (plan name, subscriber name & date of birth, policy number, group number & claims mailing address) in the note section.
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please contact the office at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. The office staff blocks a specified amount of time for your visit with Dr. Grandjean. Late cancellations and no-shows often prevent that time from being offered to other patients who have an urgent need to see Dr. Grandjean for a same-day appointment. In accordance with the Office and Financial Policy, the office reserves the right to charge a no-show or late cancellation administrative fee to the patient's account. These fees cannot be charged to your insurance company, and will be due within 15 days of the date of the original appointment.

Appointments are available in the Allen office , Monday through Friday. Office hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, and Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. The office is closed for lunch from 12:30 pm to 1:40 pm. Same day appointments are available.
The office will closed Monday and Tuesday, 25-26 December 2017 in observance of Christmas. We will re-open at 9:00am on Wednesday, 27 December 2017. We will also be closed Monday and Tuesday, 1-2 January 2018 in observance of New Years Day. We will re-open at 9:00am on Wednesday 3 January 2018.
